What Gentle and Impact is

Gentle and Impact provides social media analysis and assistant features. This can include the creator assistant Content Charly. The service supports users with content ideas, trend monitoring, performance analysis, post preparation and weekly content planning. It does not automatically publish content.

What data may be processed

• User commands and messages sent through Telegram or protected web forms.
• User-provided screenshots, images, videos, captions, hashtags and manually entered performance values.
• Social-media post metadata such as captions, hashtags, URLs, post timestamps, format type and visible metrics.
• Publicly visible social-media data and manually submitted public references.
• Authorized data from connected platforms such as Instagram or TikTok, if the user actively grants access.
• OAuth tokens, where required to maintain authorized API connections.
• Telegram chat and user IDs used for bot access control.
• Research queries, analysis results, draft content, trend reports, performance analyses and planning outputs.
• Basic technical logs for security, diagnostics and operation.

TikTok data

Gentle and Impact can process TikTok data only when the user provides it manually or establishes an authorized connection through TikTok. Possible TikTok data includes profile information, public or authorized post data, video URLs, captions, hashtags, visible or authorized metrics and related metadata.

TikTok data is used for analysis, trend observation, content recommendations, TikTok-to-Instagram adaptation and content preparation. Gentle and Impact does not store TikTok passwords, does not publish automatically to TikTok, and does not like, comment, follow or send direct messages on behalf of the user.

Instagram data

If the user connects Instagram, Gentle and Impact may process profile information, posts, Reels, captions, hashtags, media URLs and insights such as reach, views, likes, comments, saves or shares where authorized and available through the API. Instagram data is used for creator analytics, performance learning, trend evaluation and content planning.

Purposes of processing

• Providing the service and responding to user requests.
• Analyzing content performance, hooks, formats, captions and hashtags.
• Creating recommendations, drafts, revisions and weekly plans.
• Monitoring trend and hashtag signals.
• Improving stored user preferences and assistant behavior.
• Maintaining safety, diagnostics, abuse prevention and technical reliability.

Legal basis and consent

Data is processed to provide requested service features, to perform user-requested analysis and planning workflows, and where necessary for legitimate operational interests such as security and technical logs. Platform connections rely on the user's consent through the relevant OAuth flow. Users may revoke platform access at any time.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored only for as long as required to provide the service, support the user's workflows, maintain security or satisfy operational requirements. Users may request deletion of stored account information, uploaded material, analysis results and connected platform data. Platform connections can be disconnected, and tokens are deleted or disabled when access is revoked.

Service providers and data sharing

Gentle and Impact may use infrastructure and service providers such as hosting providers, Telegram Bot infrastructure, OpenAI or AI processing providers where configured, and social-media platform API providers. User data is not sold. Tokens, API keys and secrets are not displayed publicly.

Security

Gentle and Impact applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including server-side token storage, access restrictions, protected admin areas and log sanitization. Tokens and secrets are not shown on public pages, public status endpoints or Telegram status responses.

User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Requests can be sent to the contact email listed above.

Children and minors

The service is not directed to children and does not knowingly process personal data of minors.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when features, legal requirements or platform APIs change. The latest version is published on this page.
