Content Charly processes only data required to provide authentication, research, analysis, filtering, and content structuring features.

Data that may be processed

• Login and session data
• TikTok OAuth authorization data if a TikTok account is connected
• Data made available through TikTok APIs depending on the permissions granted by the user
• Research queries, analysis results, and application settings
• Basic technical logs required for security and operation

Purpose of processing

TikTok-related data is used only for authentication, search, filtering, analysis, and structuring of content insights.

No automatic publishing

Content Charly does not automatically publish, upload, like, comment, or modify TikTok content.

Data sharing

Content Charly does not sell personal data and does not share TikTok tokens with third parties.

Token handling

Access tokens and secrets are not displayed in the frontend. If tokens are stored, they must be stored server-side and protected.

Deletion

Users may request deletion of stored account information and connected TikTok data.
