Gentle and Impact Terms of Service

Description of the service

Gentle and Impact is a social-media assistance and analytics system. It provides creator workflow tools such as Creator Coach, Content Charly, Trend Radar, content ideas, drafts, performance analysis, weekly planning and TikTok/Instagram adaptation support.

No guarantee of results

Gentle and Impact does not guarantee reach, growth, engagement, revenue, sales, audience development or platform success. Recommendations are supportive and informational. The user remains responsible for final decisions and published content.

No automatic publishing

Gentle and Impact creates suggestions, analyses, drafts and planning outputs. The user decides whether and how to publish. The service does not automatically post, upload or modify TikTok or Instagram content unless a future feature is expressly authorized by the user and technically implemented.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring they have the necessary rights to images, videos, music, text, logos, trademarks and other materials. Users must comply with applicable law and relevant platform rules.

Platform rules

TikTok, Instagram and other platform rules must be followed. Gentle and Impact may not be used to bypass platform security measures, manipulate platform systems or violate API restrictions.

Account connections

Users may connect platforms through OAuth where available. Connections can be revoked. Tokens are used only for authorized read-only analysis and workflow features and are not shown publicly.

Acceptable use

Users may use Gentle and Impact for creator analytics, content preparation, research, drafts, trend observation, manual performance tracking, platform comparison and planning workflows.

Prohibited use

• Illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• Spam, automated manipulation or artificial engagement schemes.
• Impersonation or misleading representation.
• Unauthorized use of third-party data or content.
• Attempts to bypass security mechanisms or platform limits.
• Use that violates TikTok, Instagram or other platform rules.

Availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, security needs, API changes, permission limits or decisions by social-media platforms.

AI-generated content

Some outputs may be generated or assisted by AI. Users must review all suggestions before use. Gentle and Impact does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect damages, loss of reach, loss of engagement, lost profits, platform actions, API outages and user publishing decisions.

Termination and deletion

Users may stop using the service, disconnect platform accounts and request deletion of stored data. Access may be restricted if the service is misused or if continued use creates security, legal or platform-compliance risks.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when features, legal requirements or platform policies change. The latest version is published on this page.
